Individual Wellbeing Session
Individual therapy provides a safe, compassionate space to explore your mental health and wellbeing. Whether you are coping with trauma, anxiety, depression, or cultural identity challenges, therapy with us is tailored to your unique story.-
First Therapy & Wellbeing Assessment Session — $360 (80–85 minutes)

Couples/ Family Wellbeing Session
This session offers culturally attuned support for couples and families navigating communication challenges, trust concerns, and cultural complexities. We use the evidence-based Gottman Method to strengthen emotional connection and manage conflict.-
First Couple / Family Therapy Assessment Session — $515 (80-85 minutes)

Eating Disorder Treatment & Rebates
We offer specialised, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive support for eating disorders such as anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, and OSFED.
If eligible, your GP or psychiatrist can refer you under an Eating Disorder Management Plan (EDMP), allowing you to access:
- Up to 40 Medicare-rebated sessions per calendar year
- Rebates of $98.65 per session with a registered psychologist
- Up to 20 Medicare-subsidised dietetic sessions (with appropriate referral)
Our therapists have experience with evidence-based approaches including CBT-E, DBT, and ACT, tailored to your unique needs.

Longer sessions are available and billed pro rata based on the standard hourly rate.
If your GP provides you with a Mental Health Treatment Plan, you may be eligible for medicare rebates.
Medicare Rebates
Medical Rebate Per Session ................................ $101.50
- Up to 10 rebated sessions per calendar year
- If you provide your Medicare details, we can process your rebate on your behalf at the time of your appointment, making the claiming process quick and easy.
- The rebate is typically deposited into your nominated bank account by Medicare shortly afterwards.
Initial Appointment Deposit Policy
- To secure your initial appointment with ManAsha Psychology, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking.
- The $100 deposit will be applied towards the cost of your initial assessment session, with the remaining balance payable at the time of your appointment.
- As this deposit covers the administrative work involved in processing your referral, completing your intake, matching you with the most appropriate psychologist, and reserving your appointment time, it is non-refundable.
- If you choose to cancel your appointment or decide not to commence therapy with ManAsha Psychology after your booking has been confirmed, the $100 deposit will be retained by the practice to cover these services and the reserved appointment time.

Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness for all clients:
- Minimum 2 full business days’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
- The full session fee applies for late cancellations or missed sessions
- Medicare rebates do not apply to missed appointments
Letters & Reports
We do not provide medico-legal reports or documentation for court proceedings.
Brief treatment summaries or letters (upon request) are billed at $334 per hour + GST.
Private Health Insurance
Some private health funds offer rebates for psychology sessions. Please check with your insurer about your individual cover and eligibility.
Booking Deposits
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your first session. This amount is applied toward your full session fee.
